----DESCRIPTION----

After the terraforming of Ceres, 
a once uninhabitable world, a series of power plants were setup. 
These reportedly extremely hazardous facilities caught the eye of LMC 
who quickly jumped on the chance to turn one of them into their 
next Double Domination area for the tournaments.
